Sometimes we get questions on how the trip kit activation actually works. So please
find below screenshots on what the process looks like. With your device you will receive
a special login to this website. Then you can book trip kits 24/7 on your own which will
then activate automatically within a few minutes after you pressed the "Order Now" button.
Please note you will have to do this before the flight as only with an avtive trip kit
the device will be able to communicate with the satellite. Also please be aware the
moment the trip kit gets activated the base charge of the trip kit will be invoiced to you
no matter if you actually use the service as Iridium will invoice us in any case.
